WAIVER : In hiring Ynot Sailing for sailing instruction I agree that participation is voluntary. I recognize that certain risks are attendant to sail and water activities. I assume those risks. I do hereby agree to assume all risks of injury, damage or loss to my person or property; and I hereby waive and release any claims or rights against Ynot Sailing, its owner Tony Pattinson, and any assigned instructors, for any and all injury, damage, or loss to my person or property. Ynot Sailing assumes no responsibility for injury, damage or loss to a person or property incurred while participating in any Ynot Sailing course or activity. I acknowledge that I have read the entire waiver in full, as well as the REFUND POLICY and completely understand its entire contents and have accepted the waiver not being under duress. I hereby enrol In the Ynot Sailing Training Program and do hereby absolve its owners and employees from any liability whatsoever arising either directly or indirectly from such activities and guarantee Ynot Sailing against any claim or claims which may be made arising out of any training activities. I agree that I may be held financially responsible for any excessive and/or willful boat damage.

REFUND POLICY: The fees will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation during the thirty-day period prior to the start date of your course unless your place is resold. Clients who abandon the course after it has started, no matter what the reason, will not be entitled to any refund or recompense. The cost of all supplied material and an administration fee of 15% of the course fee will be deducted from any refund.

I am physically fit to engage in sail training activities and I am in good health.

COVID POLICY: I do not exhibit any COVID or similar symptoms. I have not been in contact with any person exhibiting Covid sysmtoms. I have not been out of Canada in the last 14 days and I will not leave the country between submitting this form and participating in any on-the-water sailing activities with YnotSailing. If I have been subject to self isolation for any reason I will get tested and present a certificate of covid clear health prior to starting the course.

I am a non smoker and understand that the training will be in a totally non-smoking environment.
